Testimonials

"Victoria’s involvement has had a truly transformational impact—not only on me personally but across the wider organisation. The wellbeing supervisions I’ve received have supported me to reflect more deeply on my practice, build my confidence, and grow into a more effective and compassionate leader."

"With 26 years of experience line managing teams, I believed I had a solid and effective approach. However, through this process I’ve realised how much more is possible. I’ve shifted my leadership style in a way that fosters accountability with support—something I had not seen successfully embedded in social care before. This change has positively affected the teams I lead. They are more focused, energised, and empowered to grow their own skills. There is now a shared clarity of purpose and direction that has made a tangible difference in how we work together."

"The ripple effect of this approach across the service has been incredible. We are already seeing the beginnings of cascaded learning, with other leaders and teams starting to adopt similar reflective and trauma-informed practices. Victoria’s work has sparked not just personal transformation, but organisational change—laying the foundations for a more resilient, compassionate, and values-led culture."

"Victoria's involvement has been very positive. The clinical wellbeing supervisions that I have been having have supported me to be more reflective, be a confident and better leader, and ignite my passion around trauma informed approaches which in turn helped me to recognise and believe in my own self-worth."
